Why we exist

Generic job boards miss the panel bench

Most high-volume job boards treat electrical panel assembly as a generic trade. The roles get buried under unrelated vacancies, and the detail that matters, from schematic conventions to wire ferrule specs, rarely appears in a listing.

Panel Wire exists to put panel-building work in front of the builders who can do it, and to give companies a clearer picture of the people they are hiring.

Our standards

Trade-accurate, practical and plain-spoken

We list roles with the detail a panel builder needs: the type of panel, the standards applied, and the testing expected. Listings that do not describe real panel-building work are not published.

The guidance we publish follows the same approach. Business-setup advice, including forming a limited company, is explained in plain English, with the practical questions answered directly and without corporate filler.
